As a guest, you’ll have access to: • Your private bedroom and private bathroom (located on the third floor) • The shared patio area • Shared kitchen amenities including: • Refrigerator/freezer • Microwave • Keurig Coffee, Latte, and Cappuccino maker • Filtered hot/cold water dispenser in the entryway The kitchen is available for light use only — most guests use it for storing food, reheating in the microwave, and preparing simple cold meals. Stove use is not included. Plastic plates, cups, and utensils are provided.

My home is located in a quiet, new townhome community in Charlotte. You’ll have a self-check-in entrance leading to your own private bedroom and bathroom on the 3rd floor. The bedroom includes a private bathroom and a 40-inch TV with Roku Streaming access, offering you comfort and convenience during your stay. Please note: This is a shared home. I live here full-time, and the guest suite is located on the same level I reside on.

He primarily stays in my bedroom during reservations, but please feel free to reach out if you have any concerns. ⸻ 👥 Guest Policy Please ensure all guests are added to the reservation. A fee of $15 per night, per additional guest applies. ⸻ ⏰ Early Check-In / Late Check-Out Guaranteed early check-in (from 12 PM onward) or late check-out (until 2 PM) is available for a flat $40 fee. For arrivals before 12 PM or departures after 2 PM, additional charges may apply since this blocks the calendar for another booking. ✨ Same-day requests (within 24 hours of arrival or departure) may be accommodated free of charge if the schedule allows.

Janice’s place was incredible. It was a perfect spot for me close enough to Charlotte but far enough outside the city centre for peace and quiet. The close by recommendations were great and everything was as expected. Janice was also super responsive and helpful. This was my first time in Charlotte and North Carolina, and I can’t wait to come back for another visit.

Janice Airbnb was a really comfortable quite and nice place we enjoyed are stay from the day we got there easy accuse inside we also parked her vehicle in a parking spot to save for us and when we need one she moved her vehicle for us to park next time we are traveling to charlotte we are definitely going back to this location

We had a really great stay at Janice’s townhome! She was such a kind and welcoming host. Even though she lives there, she gave us complete privacy and made us feel right at home. The place was very clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. She thoughtfully provided water, coffee, and access to the kitchen and food storage, which was super helpful. What really stood out was her generosity—she even allowed us to extend our stay by a couple of hours without any extra charge. That kind of thoughtfulness made our trip so much easier. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable experience, and we’d happily stay here again!
